I have also been on the continuing search for a suitable studio space here in San Marcos. There are a couple of good places but all of the commercial rent rates here are too high (especially looking for large square footage of a studio). The search for an affordable space is further complicated by my desire for a space with ...gasp...air conditioning. Was close to a hundred degrees here again today (only good if the subject for the day is sweaty models). I can't wait until the fall weather finally arrives.
